World Cancer Day

wcd 2018

February 4th is world Cancer Day.  World Cancer Day unites the world’s population in the fight against Cancer.  To join the fight and raise awareness for Cancer, Adelaide Radiotherapy Centre is offering gifts to all our patients who are effected by cancer.  We are getting behind the message of #wecanican.

Currently 8.8 million people die from Cancer worldwide every year, out of these 4 million people die prematurely (aged 30 to 69).  Adelaide Radiotherapy Centre has over 30 years’ experience in cancer care and is proud to be a part of Australia’s largest and leading international cancer care group, GenesisCare. Each year the group performs more than

350,000 treatments across its global network. GenesisCare continuously fosters the sharing of best-practice around technology, training, clinical practice, process and systems to facilitate integrated care delivery.

ARC’s vision and values have strong links to safety, quality, care and efficiency. With an excellent record in delivering quality patient care and managing risks, ARC continually focuses on improvements to keep at the forefront of health care delivery.

We can, I can, make a difference in the fight against cancer.
